This service center completely changed my tata service experience and perception.
I was on my way to Mumbai from Amritsar and I started getting engine oil error though my engine oil was at satisfactory level.

The emergency helpline did exactly as I expected I.e. didn’t help me at all and added to my frustration. They advised that I shouldn’t drive the car at all and also suggested that I should drive 10km to nearest service center. Not sure if the agent was in his senses.

Finally I decided to visit Akriti service center and gave them a call. When I went there everyone from the front office to decide advisor addressed my concern on priority though it was their lunch time and there were other customers waiting as well. They understood that I had to drive to Mumbai and fixed my issue (reset the system) on priority. They also told me what things my city service center need to fix in next visit .Everyone was impressive. Huge thanks to everyone at this service centre.

I have purchased Nexon from Aakriti World, Jalandhar and fully satisfied with their dealings. Gurkaran in particular has great connections with customers. Mr. Ashwani is also courteous, diligent and a good team-leader. Accessories staff have done their job perfectly fine and up to the mark. Handing over key and Car cutting ceremony was a memorable event at the time of final delivery of vehicle. All other staff are supportive, hardworking and working towards customer satisfaction. I would recommend to go for Tata Cars (Vocal for Local) and to visit Aakriti World at least once to have a good deal. Overall satisfied.
