Good Bank but worst response to customers.

It is improved little now as they appointed youngsters. I always had very bad experience. They not even listen your queries, just tell come tomorrow. Next day also you receive same answer. To get the ATM card, it took 4 months. When ever I ask they simply say it did not come still. One day i fought with them and told them i wanted to check. Initially they did not allow me to check. Later they allowed me to check sine i was arguing. ATM card was there with them. I took and shown them, they not even say sorry. They not even fell i was running around for 4 months. Most of the employees are very lazy in this branch.
