We had booked but on the trip day they were not receiving the call. After many calls they replied and send car 2 hours late. This affected our trip. We missed some spots. Better to take other and check review of agency before booking.

Very poor experience at all. They will misguide during the tour and convince you to take food at their predefined place and ask to give them money for entry tickets (which is far more than the real cost). Beware of that. And they don't even own any bus. They are simply middleman.

Worst experience ever, if you book this travel good luck. They will say that you don't have to pay anything while booking travel and then they will ask money from you. They said we will pick up you from perticular location but they will not come to that location and will threat to cancel the booking.

Service not worth at all. We were stranded half way and had to find another cab/auto. If you are going with family, you may want to check alternatives, because many surprises will be waiting for you and family to make things worst. They will say something while booking and in reality it will be different. Better to take everything in writing in email before you make any payment. They will not drop you at your hotel and if you know the reason they will start shouting This travel agency is ruled by goons, and they have many bouncers to make people do whatever they want,. they are the real cheaters in puri, please don't book their packages.

They cheat and misguide us. We hire their agency to travel konark, Bhubneswar etc. They said ticket price would be 130/- but took 160/- per head. They told each spot's ticket counter would be crowdy so to give them this money but we saw the ticket counter was empty. Not only that, at each spot they parked their bus 400-500 mts away for hiring a auto to reach the spot. They made people to eat at their pre-decided restaurant. Totally unsatisfied experience.

Don't go with this traveller. They are cheater. Very bad behaviour.. The driver also drive the car very badly. So don't go with them.

Worst travel agency. They skip the points they agreed to show with various unreasonable reasons. They told us that they will take 20/- per head to take us to bus stand from their office but in the morning they charged us 50/- per head for taking us to bus stand telling that there is shortest of vehicle.
Their guide misguiding all the stages. They do not show us Dhauli Shanti Stupa and Udaygiri Khandagiri and told that there is shortage of time although it was in their list. Their guide Deb (Debani Mangaraj) took us in a hotel (Aahar Hotel) for lunch at 10:40am in Konark telling that their will be no option in next part of journey. In that hotel veg meal was Rs.120/-. Worst quality of food. Too much crowded. But we found a lot of hotel there later where veg meal was 70/-. That Aahar Hotel has fixing with the guide so he takes the buses to that particular hotel. Most of the time the guide is not maintaining the time himself given by him.
So never choose these private travel agencies for Puri sitescene. Better choose OTDC. They operate quality tour.
