If you want a hotel with good hospitality and good location, this is one of the best hotels in Puri. 10 mins walking distance from Jagannath temple and 3 min walking distance from the beach. Puri station is nearby too. Infact, if you don't want the din of Swargadwar but all conveniences near you, you can book this hotel blindfolded. The staff is very genial including the guys at the reception. They do charge extra for room service. But the food quality and quantity both are good, though only veg options are there. I was given the best room of the hotel. And I thank them for that. View of the main temple was available from the room itself, infact. Room had all the needed things including geyser and toiletries. Room was large and very clean. Lift was there. Decoration at the entrance was very attractive: all hand-painted landscapes or portraits of Odia culture. I'm recommending this hotel in Puri.

A very ambient and friendly place to stay during visit of Puri. Location is very very suitable where you can walk less than 1 km on the left side for Singhdwar of Jagannath Temple and about half a km on the left to the Golden Beach of Puri.
A hassle free stay with all the fire fighting and safety measures installed, you can enjoy your visit, in a safe environment.
Prompt service is very appreciated.

I loved the staff and service. The plus point is the cleanliness. Puri temple is very close. They have some rooms from where you can see the temple through window. And they also have a restaurant on the ground floor. Location is on the main road. Very easy to find.

This place is the BEST when searching for a veg food. They take quite sometime to provide ur order but trust me u won't regret waiting for the yummy homely food served there.

Great value for money, in house restaurant is very good, we stayed here for 4 nights, service is amazing too.

Loved everything about it. Great locations . It's near to the beach and the temple as well. It's close to the blue flag beach as well. They have a restaurant at the ground floor.

The hotel and the staff were very cordial and helpful during our stay at Puri. The hotel also provided us to make use of the locker facility as we had to checkout earlier. We also enjoyed a hearty breakfast from the restaurant. I highly recommend anyone visiting Puri to check-in here, you won't be disappointed.

Had a great vacation . The hotel is very close to Jagannath Mandir. u can even watch the Mandir from the hotel. Their service is good . The hotel is pure veg even .

This is my second stay in Hotel Gangotri. The staff are well behaved & cooperative. Intend to visit this hotel again and again.

Very good budget hotel. The staff are super nice and very hospitable. The rooms and bathroom are pretty clean. The in-house restaurant has good tasty food in very budget friendly price. We have to take auto to go to beach, but the budget and ambience make it worthwhile.

One of the Best hotel in Puri. All staffs are good & well behaved. Foods are good but costly.......

Very nice property near the sea beach, opposite to Puri post office. Clean and hygienic rooms. We stayed here with our 6 month old baby. They catered to his needs like food and warm water and did not even charge for it. Very friendly and courteous service from each and every staff. The restaurant is pure veg but the food is extremely good. Overall a very good stay. Cheers!

Hotel Gangotri is the place to be if you are looking for a nice hotel with good amenities. It's a reasonably priced mid sized hotel which is centrally located and about 1.5 Km from the Jagannath Puri temple and 1 Km from the Golden Beach. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They recommended Taxi service as well as Panda/purohit for Mandir Darshan who too were highly helpful and reasonable for their services rendered. The food is also very nice. I highly recommend anyone visiting Jagannath Puri to stay for peace of mind and satisfaction of stay.

Awesome experience! Very well trained staff and hygienic and best atmosphere. It surpassed my expectation give the very economical room charges. Food is awesome, it has pure veg restaurant. Hotel management was awesome, all staff especially the hotel manager Mr. Sooraj, all were very polite and supportive thought our 3 days stay.

The hotel is very neat and clean. The booking was done through OYO. The staffs are very much friendly. They have a big parking space for both 2 and 4 wheelers. There is both staircase and lift accessibility to the rooms. The bathrooms are also clean. There were various facilities provided like wifi, television, geyser and ac as promised. They also provide RO drinking water.
