Sterling Puri

I had a great experience staying at Sterling Puri. The staff were really professional. The restaurant seems to have some amazing food. Special thanks to Nur, Rahim and Liza you guys were amazing, hope to catch up soon on my next visit.
Overall the hospitality I received I must say, I am very happy.

My stay at Sterling was awesome.
The room was clean & cozy.
The food was excellent and the spread was good.

The service was topclass. Each & every staff was full of warmth, care and was always ready to serve. Would like to point out especially the service provided by Lopamudra. She was always there to help.

Amazing stay only flaws were late checkin as sterlings booking system was down and I had to wait for 1.5hrs and call agoda multiple times to coordinate. There was faul smell in the bathroom so had to keep the blower turned on all times. Rest the property and the ambience including the evening dance performance were amazing.

Small improvements can be done for check out process to reduce check out times and billing issues. Proactively send the bill before night.

We were at Sterling resort for a reunion!
The service we received went way beyond our expectations.
The Reception was so warm and friendly..prompt registration. Spacious and comfortable rooms ..every detail was taken care of.
There was a variety of food and beverages.
Various venues for the group to meet with activities organized to perfection.The cultural show of song and dance topped it all.
The staff were so polite courteous and friendly.
Will certainly reccomend it to my friends and family.

We stayed at Sterling resort, Puri in December 2023. All the staff was very helpful during our stay. Special thanks to the manager Mr Ranjeet and Ms. Lopamudra in the restaurant. They made special arrangements for our anniversary which we appreciated a lot. Food was excellent and everything was clean.

Overall the hotel is good just that it is far from the beach. Only a little part of the beach is visible from few specific rooms that to if the weather is sunny or the sky is clear. The rooms are good and very hygienic but as the hotel is only a year old so it looks so the actual maintenance would come under the eyes after certain years. The quality of the food is good and the price and the portion is good. The pool is enough for people to enjoy on a hot sunny day.

It is a very good facility for a 4-star resort. Staff were very polite and helpful.
I stayed (at the facility and town) for a very specific purpose and did not have time or the interest in evaluating the facility closely but they are good.

The ambience and decor was top notch. The pool was awesome, one of the bigger ones across Sterling resorts. Staff were very proactive. Only issue I had was that all windows to our room opened either to the parking or common pathways leaving is with very little privacy. For the most part, we were leaving the resort at 5 am and coming back in the evening as most temples are about 10 kms away. Driving back and forth on the beach road is very time consuming and traffic is horrible in the main commercial areas.

Note to all drivers: avoid using google directions of small streets. Stick to the major roads even if it means driving a few extra kms. We had a horrible time with Google maps which took us thru very narrow bylanes.

Great place to stay without the noise of Swargadwar... To enjoy the sound of the waves 🌊...
Road approach towards the hotel is pretty damaged as the new Puri Airport is being constructed just opposite to this property

Lovely property, fabulous hospitality, outstanding food. Chef Satyanarayan in the tandoori section is brilliant and very accommodating. He's a fantastic chef.

A great place to relax and enjoy. The rooms are large and comfortable.
Food was fantastic. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

Nice location. Food was good but it would have been nice to add 1 or 2 local delicacies in the breakfast or dinner.

Food at Restaurant Utkala is fantastic… Thank you Lijalin Sahoo & Raghunath at the restaurant for the fantastic service.. You took care of us and especially my 3 year old very well..! You both made our stay better…Thanks Bhaskar from housekeeping for the service…

Best hotel in Puri. Great location with a private beach. The rooms are very spacious, clean and have a captivating view of the sea

Reception Amina Deepthesh restaurant Lijani Bashantha chef Nag and almost every body is very caring and kind. We had a wonderful pilgrimage trip puri with sterling Puri Thanks to all in sterling .
