But the patient name entry method is full scam, you can call from 5-6 different phones in between 7:00-7:30 AM , everytime you get the busy... But they collect names via channels

Dr .Rajdip Choudhary, sir please, as quick as possible change the system of name entry., Ita like a torture...I think you don't know that your staff are make people fraud by collecting extra money for name entry..our humble request sir , see it carefully.Thank you.

ডাক্তার বাবু খুবই ভালো কিন্তু ফোনে নাম লেখাতে পারবেন না ফোনে busy mode করা থাকে । দালালকে ২০০ টাকা দিয়ে নাম লেখালাম যেটা ডাক্তার বাবুর ফি এর সমান। Compounder আর দালাল দের মধ্যে সেটিং আছে যেটা ডাক্তার বাবু জানেন না । কারণ দালাল বলেছিল ডাক্তারকে না জানাতে। Compounder এর behaviour খারাপ সকাল ৭ টায় direct চেম্বার এ হাজির হলেও বলে নাম লেখানো যাবে না ফোনে লেখানো হয়। আমার প্রশ্ন তাহলে দালাল কিভাবে নাম লেখায় ?
