Absolutely amazing experience! Must visit, you will not be disappointed! The staff is super kind and professional. Sugan from the housekeeping staff did such a wonderful job and made sure our room was always well stocked with everything we needed during the entire stay. We loved every moment we spent at this property. It is a little away from the center of the city and noise and that is what sets this property apart from all the others so one can truly enjoy a peaceful and relaxing trip. Highly Recommend.

I would like to come in your hotel and also management worker like - Prakass from housekeeping department is responsible for managing the cleanliness and organization of the facilities and common areas within the property. This includes tasks such as cleaning rooms, restocking supplies, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property. The housekeeping department plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the property.

A wonderful property! Staff is very cooperative and humble. At house keeping and room service, I found an outstanding person like Prakash. Three Cheers for him! Staff of dinning hall and Chinkara is very cordial and nice. Great Stay!

Amazing hotel with warm staff and wonderful evening traditional performances. Hospitality is amazing, and one of the staff members named Sugandh was an amazing staff and his hospitality was wonderful. Location is also perfect and secluded from the city so it gives a peaceful atmosphere to guests. Definitely worth it, 10/10 recommended hotel.

The property is beautiful, but there is an abundance of beautiful properties in this heritage city. What makes the difference is the people, the staff — is phenomenal, and that would be an understatement.

The attention to detail, and the urge to serve is evident and makes this property worth experiencing during your stay. I stayed here for my birthday, and it seemed like the entire hotel staff was briefed about it, because the staff went out of the way to wish me, even remembered my breakfast order. Just went you think they can’t top their hospitality, they go an extra mile and wow you.

Heck, if you have to fly down to Jodhpur just to spend 3 days at the premises and not even step out, do that. You will go back feeling rejuvenated, and grinning from ear to ear.

Had Wonderful stay for 2 days. Even though we stayed in second half of April, the place was chill because of its ambience.

Good property, very open and well maintained.

Property:
If you like to burn a few calories, there is a 750m track around the property where you can run probably. They also provide cycles (free of cost) if you love cycling. They have a 24x7 Gym as well. Swimming pool is also very well maintained.

Room:
The rooms are spacious, however some of the appliances have gone old which needs replacing.
Deluxe and Superior (Jodhpur Chambers) are very similar in size and quality.

Service:
I would like to thank Mr Om Prakash from Royal Cabs for helping me with the city tour. He was very helpful.

Location:
The location of this property is in the outskirts (Uchiyarda) of the city. Ola/Uber Cabs are not available. Only way to travel is by booking a car from the hotel. So if you are someone who wants to visit and enjoy the city life, this becomes a costly affair.

It was a lovely experience at the ITC. The property, rooms, food, hotel staff, service and spa, all of it was next level amazing.

The staff service and room maintenance is impeccable and their behaviour is very professional. The only downside is that the hotel is far from the main city, so to travel extra 8 km to the city is a bit inconvenience. Aside from that it is very good. Loved to visit again.

The staff at welcome hotel by ITC Jodhpur deserves the highest praise. From the concierge who went above and beyond to assist me with local recommendations to the housekeeping team that kept my room spotlessly clean, every interaction was characterized by genuine care and attention to detail.
OVERALL experience at hotel very good.

I had never been to Jodhpur, Rajasthan in India before, but once we arrived at the hotel after our short taxi ride from the airport, it was like we found a desert oasis. Beautiful property, designed to host hundreds of guests for a destination wedding or any other event. Sugan was our housekeeper who took great care of us, and made sure our rooms were always clean. We got clean sheets and fresh towels every day without ever having to ask. This place is like a hidden gem that makes you feel at home when you least expect it.

Had a very pleasant stay as always. The staff is really helpful and courteous. Clean rooms (thanks to sugan). All in all best place for a destination wedding. Sailender is really helpful and flexible in arranging your dream wedding. I got married here, hence can vouch for it.

Loved the stay. The staff (especially Sagar) was really courteous and helpful!! The premises are beautiful.

However the fact that 9% service charges are added to the already steep food prices does not seem justified. The hotel is a bit far from the main tourist spots.

Nevertheless, would love to visit again due to the hospitality, though would recommend to order lunch/dinner via Zomato/Swiggy instead.

Great place. The property is large and well maintained. The room service and dining room staff are very helpful.
Being away from the city, transportation is a problem as it is not served by Uber and Ola (pick up).

Reception staff are unfortunately very confused and we have to be super careful of the bill. We found a number of discrepancies and the staffs focus was to try and find alternative means to add back the amount.

Kids extra bed (6years+) was 1000/ night which I think is a very high amount, even if we consider it as having complimentary breakfast
