During our recent two-day stay, we had a wonderful experience. Initially, I had concerns due to some reviews I read, but the service, rooms, and overall experience exceeded expectations. It's easy to be overly critical, but the service here was genuinely commendable.
The staff were exceptionally courteous and friendly. The on-site store offers a good selection at reasonable prices. Contrary to opinions about high food costs – a visit to other Club Mahindra properties would put things in perspective. This period is the ideal time to visit Rajasthan and enjoy a stay here. Additionally, they provide live folk music every evening, adding to the charm of the place. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The food served is good but can be better

I recently stayed at Club Mahindra’s Pratap Nivas Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, with my family, and I wanted to voice my appreciation of the staff for making our stay so memorable. I especially want to acknowledge Chef Narayan Puri’s tireless efforts to create the most delicious recipes for the guests. We were overwhelmed by his kindness and consideration for each guest. His creations, particularly the classic Rajasthani Lal Maas was delectable with a fiery red Mathania chillies gravy cooked in pure ghee and redolent with spices, as was his delicious Jodhpuri Chicken Curry and creamy Yellow Dal. Every meal reached a triumphant finale with the dessert, and my daughter absolutely loved his original white chocolate and green peas concoction (which was conceived as an imaginative fusion of Italian and Rajasthani cuisine). Thank you Chef for making us feel so welcome, you are a great asset to Club Mahindra!

Stay with family for a vacation. The resort has a heritage feel, and the food is really good. The staff is well behaved and polite. Room service was also good.
The only thing I would point out is the pool area needs a facelift.
As a whole it was a wonderful experience staying here.

As per Club Mahindra norms, the location of the resort was outskirts of the main city. So the travel cost is huge. Also because it's a tourism spot, the overall trip costs is also on the higher side.

More light is recommended in the front lawn beyond the entry gate at night.

A perfect luxurious palace hotel. Extraordinary spacious rooms with rich old traditional Jodhpur architecture. Good food,excellent service with variety in breakfast. In the evening there is always local Thar music by local singers. Wonderful place.

Beautiful palace with the touch of royalty. This is an associate property of Club Mahindra holidays. Amenities were basic however good quality. The rooms are exotic and the bed is King size. The only downfall is the location of the property which is quite far from the heart of Jodhpur.

The royalty..

I have read some of negative reviews about this place but after visiting I'm not totally agreed to all that reviews. Club Mahindra resort has all that you ever expect. So beautiful palace, warm welcome, decent clean and lavish room, soothing atmosphere, evening folk music, best room service, good food, playful amenities, etc... What else anyone can expect or demand for!!?? So yes for us it was memorable stay in Club Mahindra resort. Yes I agree that it is outside the city area, around 12/15 kms from Railway station. That is the main hack other than this everything was really very nice. Thank you Club Mahindra for such great hospitality and services.

Mahindra is always far from city, else everything was superb. Even it's shop inside is well , stock is super n reasonable.

Hotel looks like heritage hotel. Food is very good. Rooms are neat and spacious. Staff is cooperative. Mr. Sumer Singh is very helpful.

Excellent place to be. Was here for a family wedding. Overall the experience was exquisite. Property location, food and infrastructure was excellent. Nice and courteous staff. Will definitely look forward visit again.

Beautiful heritage hotel good staff ans service

A very serene stay.

The food was tasteful. The staff was as always courteous.

The property boasts a plethora of activities including horse riding and singing shows on a regular basis.

The swimming pool is pretty big and funthrobbing.

The property is pretty near to the city.

Had a good holiday stay at pratap niwas palace. Property is awesome gives palace feeling. Rooms are good. Food is delicious with reasonable pricing. Loved the evening setup of live music added the overall charm to ambience . Staff is polite. Overall had an amazing experience.

An experience in itself, although you must get ready to splurge crazy for meals and even water. Otherwise, a quite calm and wonderful place with beautiful rooms. Really gives you the feel of staying in a royal haveli. Cultural programs are amazing. Visit in winter.

Excellent palace property. Good maintenance carried out. Definitely a remarkable place. Restaurant is not upto the mark. So unlike club Mahindra.
