Good from online method. But delivery systems isn't up to the mark. Ordered one time, delivering three times, delivery personal demands their social tips thre time. But gift giving one only against three purchase, Why the different between delivery and gift, though announced seperate as per open media. Otherwise v good and sales personnel is more than want, very very good.

Last week I hvae purchased one 15 ltr AO smith water heater from here .They made this product available for me against my order/request whereas their chandannagar branch denied to service my order saying nonavalibility for this product.Great Eastern chinsura is more customer friendly than chandannagar.
