Please do not booking these type of travels, only lost your money of this type of booking. Because our bus cancelled on date 06/12/23 kota to chandigarh. After 6 days no refund my money what can I do say something. Very poor response and one ticket book kota to delhi but my seat not confirm by staff. No light working in bus and air flow uneven in mahalakshmi travel.

I have paid 2200 for thi khtara seat in Kota to Chandigarh bus.no blanket provided and no shuter available for separation.all the non booking passengers are talking near my seat.worst experience.

Very poor Bus service 😔

Not the correct departure time. Not the drinking water facility.
AC not cooling properly.
No blanket provided.

And also fare is higher than Mahalaxmi Travels which is providing all these services mentioned above.

Overall a very bad experience.
