Sorry to say but the services of bank is very poor. The cashier which takes cash is not on time. We are not satisfied with the services which has been provided to us. As I think the compalin should go to higher authority. As the bank is not providing good services to their customers.

absolute pathetic services. Due to this recent covid situation my partner could not travel to my city and we wanted to have a partnership firm current account opened. I went to nearest branch Pal road branch Jodhpur and they said it's possible to open. After submitting all required documents they asked for even account opening cheque they said it's not possible to open the account now as availability of both partners are required.
They waisted our 1 and a half months for this process and due to this we cannot even start our business. I guess we would be going to a different bank for account opening who are more clear with their account opening process

They tell all things at last moment and blame customer for their situation

Dont go there. They are fraud. They don’t provide full information. Many hidden policies on new account opening. I personally recommend don’t go there, unprofessional people.
They even don’t solve problem caused by them.
