Super place, maintained by the ASI department, it takes nearly 1 to 2 Hrs to view the entire place, very historic and the fort is well built with technical aspects..

One of the large fort in Tamilnadu... I wasn't expecting this fort would be this bigger.. It doesn't have a much buildings but It does have a lot of information about how the forts would be in the past era.. Even there is not Ticket need to buy for this place the place was maintained and cleaned perfectly when I visited.. there is a pond on top of the hill where you can have a pleasant view around the hills... Must visit place who are interested in Historical Places...

Even though this place looks abandoned, the garden here is maintained well. There's nothing much to see here, just an empty fort. No rooms or anything, just an empty fort. Garden doesn't have much plants, just a few flowering plants and grass floor. Maybe visit here if you got nothing else to do. It would be great if the government establishes few boards talking about the history of the place.

The place is peaceful and located in a small village. So, there's no vehicle noises and no commotion. Only locals are there since it's not a famous travel location but still the place is historic and beautiful enough to spend hours of time watching the surrounding beauty and the fort architecture.

Excellent place to visit in tamil nadu but government should make the maintenance better for the protection of the architect. The fort is damaged by people by scribblings their name on the wall

A 17th Century rock fort. Hindu God statues are found to be vandalised. Scenic view from the top of the fort. Basic amenities like toilet are not provided. This site is under the control of ASI.

Such a splendid place! Bold look! With the majestic fort and peacocks beside, in a less crowded fort, worth spending a full evening!

It's near the highway and easy accessible. Such a big lawn to play around and with great views from the fort top.

A perfect spot to go along with family and friends in Perambalur district, where the view from the top is amazing.A fort which carries a long 600 years of history of many kings and wars which was built by various emperors.
