ECHS Polyclinic Pathankot

Very good....n very helpful to all ex-servicemen....but they should have more doctors and staff....bcz people have to think once before coming here.....bcz it take a whole day for taking medicine....

I loved this polyclinic. My parents are ECHS members and i have visited various polyclinics since 2004. My parents have come to Pathankot and are taking the facilities of this polyclinic. The staff here are attentive, soft spoken and hard working. This polyclinic is heavily loaded with the patients, and despite so much load, the doctors available here attend them patiently and hear them full. I get almost all the prescribed medicines here, means they keep the availability of medicines to the full and rarely i find that some medicine is not available with them. Even if the medicine is not available, they give NA and bases on that NA, I can purchase the medicines of my own and can submit the bills for reimbursement. There medicine disbursement system is also very food. They have token display system and no one needs to stand in queue for the medicine. There are ample number of chairs available for sitting and one AC hall too for waiting members. They also have ambulance facility and a seven seater e-vehicle for commuting the patients from gate to polyclinic and back. Overall the system available here for patients is satisfactory.

Great efficiency ! Hard working staff ! Despite overload and shortages.
