I will like to bring to your attention the rude & incompetent behavior of RP Auto Suzuki. Staff/Owner attitude toward the customers is totally non-professional. He has been treating his customers in the way totally unacceptable. It’s our humble request that kindly look into the matter and take some serious steps in this regard to improve his conduct and behavior.

Their staff is charging double price for every parts you purchase and will not even give you a gst bill. If you ask for any parts they will bring it without box so that you will not see the actual MRP of it. Very clever and fraud staff and the girl sit there is not aware of price of parts either of give you wrong price. Never go to this showroom for service of your suzuki two wheeler. You will ultimately loose trust on this very good company just because of these people.

The worst service in kotdwar... Never purchase from tis showroom... They will just give u wrong hopes nd never going to do things on time. I purchased access in Feb 2021 and aftr there 3rd service I got a lot of problems related to battery and now they just ignoring nd getting be delay for an exchange of battery.
