I was just checking out but i got good response from Ms archana My experience is very good with Shimla dreamy destination.Mr Prem sharma was very co operative and professional helped in upgrading hotel room as per my requirement. Didnt think we can get such good service online.Hotel was beyond expectations.Good service tasty food.
