We are foreigner group of 9 person from Malaysia & Singapore had such of beautiful & wonderful trip in himanchal pradesh - Kinnaur & Spiti Valley 11 days 10 night trip with Mr.Satish, our tour guide & driver  Mr.Jitender (North India Route), 100% recommended to everyone.
The best thing is I arrange my tour by contacting only through whatsapp. Everything go with very smooth & Mr Satish give me alot suggestion and advise about my tours. the trip was great, had no major issues from booking till drop.
All the itineraries followed the original itinerary as i request, except that we were supposed to stay at Sangla the next day, but due to the landslide that occurred 2 weeks ago, vehicles could not pass.  We only stayed at Sarahan for one night.
The tours price not the cheaper like other agency quote to me, but for the service and hotel selection, i am totally agree for the price.
What u paid & what u get.
The tours package price stated very clear in itinerary, what are include or no include, not hidden charges at all.
Remind to everyone, spiti valley road condition is terrible bad, u must have a very good tour guide to take care and arrangement & local driver who are fimiliar & good skilled of drive & experience with this mountain route. So we are very lucky we got them.There was no any kind of problem throughout the tour with them. Service,Hotel, food everything was of good quality.
Of course, unexpected little mishaps or accident sometimes happen while traveling.  One member of our group was bitten by a dog, and another was bitten by a monkey.  So they all need to go to the hospital for injections alternative days.  Here I am very grateful to get the help and care from Mr Satish and the driver as they have to make time to go to the hospital many times.
Once again I would like to say "really it was excellent" service. Thanks to North India Route Mr Satish & Mr.Jitender (Driver).

Please pay attention to whether only local indian people leave comments on Google reviews.
As my experience is that when looking at Google reviews, in addition to looking at the score, high rating review. you also have to click in to check inside.  If only Indians leave comment, there is a high chance that they are fake comment where people from the same country are helping each other. It normal happen in india. We try our best to choose praised by foreigners, which are more authentic and guaranteed.
Although North India Route didnt show much review in google,  but i think all the review is truly real and correct if compare with other travel agency show more then fews hundred or thousand review but you can see the comment are very very good and the same time also have very very bad comment too. That why i harder can belief & trust the very good review is real want or not.

We were in India for 10 days in early March 2019. Shimla Manali and Dharamshala exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Hotels we stayed in, or the places we visited. Thanks to North India routes for their planning selection of places and their hospitality. The guide & Driver and the vehicles they provided were outstanding. At every place we were provided with resourceful knowledgeable English speaking guide who were with us from the time of arrival at the airport to until departure . our visit was more memorable because of the hospitality and hassle-free arrangement by the Company. We highly recommend them if you are planning a trip to India -Shimla or Manali, and we would go with them on any of our future trips to India.

We wanted to do bike ride from Himachal to ladhak, They received us from Delhi Airport and we had amazing experience throughout the trip.
