Absolutely loved our 2-day stay! We stayed at 104 Mountain View room with a balcony was perfect, offering stunning vistas. The rooms and washrooms were spotless, and the food was delicious! Generous portions and served with genuine warmth. Left with satisfied tummies ready to take on the day. Visited with Mom & Dad, and it was truly memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a trip to Shimla.

Had a great stay at this hotel. When we checked in (was late) the hotel called us to check on our dinner request and had it prepared and sent the moment we're in the room. Room was well heated when we came in which was sooo nice especially in the cold weather. Hotel is clean, good variety of food and staff was excellent.

It was very fantastic stay! The staffs were very supportive and helpful. Especially I was sick and they helped me with all the necessary medication. Special thanks to Nikhil Manta for all the support.

Opted for luxury room with balcony view.
The best choice made to book this hotel which includes everything you can expect for your comfort. Although if you are a good driver than you can drive to mall road as well without any issue.

We booked this resort in a package. (Wali world tours).Rooms were clean and big. We had mountain view from balcony. Food was customised both for breakfast and lunch. Jamun was very yummy that we dint order any other desert. Ice creams were fresh and tasty. Thank you management and staff for making our stay peaceful.

I have visited the places twice. I really like the location of the hotel. It's calm and quite away from the city noise. I feel relaxed at the hotel. The staff is caring and taking care of the services. The food quality is great.

We didn’t expected to get such nice jain food but hotel was well aware of how jain food is we didn’t feel we aren’t at home .

Service , room view everything is so nice they are within a minute at your service .

Location is little far from the city but it’s quiet which makes me feel happy to stay calm in such a nice weather

My wife and I stayed at The Grand Welcome Hotel in Shimla for two nights. Our room had the valley view and the view was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and well heated. We had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered a variety of menu items, and all of them were absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Every staff member we interacted with were very helpful, courteous, and prompt. Our special thanks and gratitude to Suresh (food and beverage manager) who went out of his way to accommodate our request for early dinner and breakfast. Overall, an extremely well-managed hotel.

Nicest rooms was there for 2 days , best view in shimla , the road to hotel was little tricky but manageable, recommended if you have your own vehicle.
