By looking at the Restaurant name 'Atharillu' I expected atharillu type service but their service pathetic. No respect to customers. But food is bit good. Not a good place to visit again.

Horrible experience! Took 15 minutes to just give the menu card, took another 30 minutes to take the order and another 45 minutes to bring it to the table. The highlight was he managed to screw up a simple and fast selling dish like Paneer Butter Masala. It was without salt or spice and I didn't have the strength nor the energy to fight it out with him. When I informed the owner, he just smirked and was asking if I paid the bill or not. He charged an exhorbitant amount of 290 for the curry which was not even edible and sid not have the minimum courtesy to acknowledge the error nor offer a waiver for the shoddy curry. I would give him an -5 rating if I can for the slow service, apathetic treatment by the management towards customers and horrible food...

They are cheating customers. I ordered kaju fried rice. Waiter says 240 Rupees. Billing person says 320 rupees. I asked for bill. They are not giving bill. They are cheating people. Quality of food is not good

Restaurant outlook is pretty attractive.. nothing much to highlight... worst service, food pricing is 5 star whereas taste is 2 star.. even quantity served is less compared to any other restaurant for the price being paid.. none of the servers are proficient enough to handle customers.. lots to improve..

Horrible food... They ended screwing up even a simple dish like Paneer Butter Masala.. Served without even tasting it... It was without salt.. They served it after an hour.. I would suggest to stay away from this place.. It is right beside Hyderabad Chefs in Anathapur

This place doesn't even deserve a star. These barbaric people have served chicken in a paneer curry by selling it by saying it is Baby Corn Masala. Made a nuisance when spoke about this and said it's not a big deal.
