Great location of GRAND WHITE HOTEL , beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. SPECIALLY ROOM SERVICE AVAILABLE 24/7. Most friendly and helpful receptionist Ms.SHABNAM and MANAGER Mr.YAMAN WARMA , lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, rooms with excellent service in where we had dinner & break fast . Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. its worth for money to stay in GRAND WHITE HOTEL

Visited this place a couple of days back, we had booked this hotel through a package tours and travels. The service is very good and the staff are very polite . food is also good .

Grand white means grand service. So polite N cooperative staff... Beautiful property.. I think I made right choice.. But now I feel that's a right choice.. Mujhe feel hi nhi hua ki me ek hotel me stay kia hua hai... Lots of beautiful smile grace my days.. But at last I must say.. Thanks sabnam and shiksha.. For your warm gesture and positivity..i will never forgot beautiful talks with you sabnam....and However if I will visit again in this property that will be just because of you... I recommend this property to stay once ...

I have visited there in 1st week of march and I can say there hospitality was excellent.

I can see that each of the staff inside this hotel have the full potential to serve their clients best.

However the only problem is they don’t provide Remote control for the heater and they have control from there end and we need to call inform them to switch on or switch off the room heater.

Honey moon decoration done was the best and I appreciate there hard work.

It's bit confusing to navigate to the hotel.
The hotel is neat and clean. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Hospitality was awesome. Truly professional staffs. Whatever you ask in front desk or room service will done in a minute. Food was also good. We stayed there on Dec end and celebrated our daughter birthday in that hotel. It was a best stay.

Approach way is tricky. View from terrace is minimal. But in central place clean n good

Im nivasudeen tour manager from tamilnadu . I visited more than 6 times to grand white hotel shimla its really good property to stay.staffs are very polite and care .food are very nice. Rooms are very hygienic and good. Staffs available in 24/7 .

The whole stay was really good. We had an amazing time at the hotel. Lots of laugh with the staff too. The view from the hotel is very nice. Specially the rooftop!

As many contributors pointed, the location is tricky to find. The hotel facility is very classy. It looks and feels of 4 star. Food was good with nice spread for both dinner and breakfast. There is a terrance eating option available with bonfire! Room heater was auto controlled and good. Sometimes, the replenishment of empty dishes took time. Room view is good, but is covered by grill. Could be for our protection. Hot water took a long time. You can test your eyesight by trying to spot the Jakhoo temple Hanumanji from here.

One of the top hotels in shimla. Rooms were very neat and clean , reception and staff was very helpful,nice food for dinner and breakfast. 4-5 types of buffet breakfast And dinner menu..food quality also very good.
On fifth floor there is terrace and from there the view of valley during night is just mind blowing.. worth staying..👍👍👍👍👍👍

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing mainly Roop lal sir. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The location of the hotel is beautiful, rooms are neat and clean comfortable for 4 people. The view from the room is peaceful and relaxing. The quality of Food is also satisfying!!

Great experience. Good service. Good food. Comfortable and cozy room. Just take a bus (very frequent) from new ISBT to old bus stand, walk 10 minutes and you'll be at mall road. Take Return bus before night. Cab to mall road costs ₹300 one-way.

I travelled with 28 person group in this Hotel. M hosting this group. As per me and my guests feedback this hotel is one of best hotel in shimla . Rooms are neat and clean. Food quality is one of best. Staff behaviour is very good. Location is little confusing but if we are in shimla we need to face this problem.
