Everything is fine, but soft drinks or other foods cost too high they are charged 2x to 3x from the normal

its really good hotel to stay with your family. hotel staff is polite and always eager to help us. if you encounter any issue with anything then hotel staff quickly solves the problem. rooms were clean. I had complementary breakfast which was delicious. taste of tea is amazing. hotel accepts card payment as well as paytm and I sent my identity proof over email so keeping hard copy of identity proofs are not needed. it was a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in raipur

It's a quality hotel for they provide superb hospitality. Room service and staff behaviour is very good. Rooms are so clean and properly designed. The best part is the breakfast they provide which has a variety of food items, juice, north and south indian food . I m extremely satisfied with the hotel and would recommend to others.

A special mention for food. Everything we ordered was really tasty.

I frequent visit number of cities of india due to business purpose. I choose this hotel because it’s just few km to Raipur airport, the Hotel is neat and clean, proper welcome at reception; Room was very nice and well maintained and splendid buffet breakfast. Nice hotel. The approach to the hotel is a bit dark and is narrow. OYO rooms are good and the staff is helpful. The location is also good with shopping centers nearby. One can consider staying at the place if doesnt want to enter the city.
