A horrible unprofessional behaviour from the entire team. What is required from the sales point of view was explained exceptionally well along with no or zero discounted price in everything. However such a laid back and no TAT approach was not expected. I was told a TAT of 3-3.5 hrs for a normal servicing of my car. I came at 9:25am and its 3:20pm now. 6 hours running and its still pending. Sales is good but sales without service is pathetic.
