A big regret.

Just avoid service here. Don't know which engine oil these guys are using.

My diesel car highway mileage came down from 26km/l to 19km/l after service also I don't feel that car serviced. Electrician did some mishap and I have to pay 2000 to get the wiring fixed.

Service cost also not much different from the company service centre. They charged 1300 as service charge and 400 for wiring fixes(which they messed up). 1800 for some local engine oil. MRP on oil filter was ~400 they charged 550.
