Best gym at reasonable price in Bansdroni...very conducive atmosphere for a great workout session. Thanks to Atanu Sir for providing me a workout chart and helping me in maximizing my workout. Training with him is very engaging. Also, many thanks to Bharat Sir, who I met on my first day at the Gym. He guided me with the exercises, step by step, during my initial days at the Gym. Overall, the trainers are best and workout session is always very enjoyable.

Life and Fitness gym, Bansdroni has been quiet a life changer for me. Although I joined here very recently but I can see my health transform quiet rapidly. The instructors pay attention to every single one of the members individually and caters the activities as per individual requirement. They always keep me motivated and inspires me to improve further. In my short span as a member, the experience has been quiet amazing.

I have been working out here for a few years. It is located just beside Bansdroni metro and is fully air-conditioned. The instructors are very experienced and good and SIR Atanu Upadhyay has got a deep knowledge about fitness and training for different people having different goals. I gained quite an amount of fitness, muscles and cardiovascular stamina here. The place is very good to workout as well as the equipment and machines. In short it can be said that your mind and body will be relaxed after working out here under the guidance of the instructors.

I started my 2 month postpartum fitness journey with Life & Fitness Gym. The gym is well equipped and it has a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. Got to work with an awesome trainer, Rudra who is knowledgeable and is always ready to answer all the questions. He knows how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. It's been a great ride so far. Would highly recommend the gym to all the folks.

Prime Location (nearly 1 mnt from metro), Pocket Friendly, Up to mark Equipments, Bharat Kochhar (the trainer) and Individual attention (might for a 17 yr old or 70 yr).. Kudos to Atanu da and team for maintaining a friendly and joyful ambience for working out.

The gym is one of the best gym I had ever seen in a well operative place of Bansdroni, which takes individual care of all the fellow working out people. The ambience is good along with the developed equipments at a fair price.
