mor home branch aitu nohoi so moi besi najau yate.. baki SBI'r kotha sobe gom pai kene hoi..

poor customer interaction, poor service, not helpful... compared to some other SBI branches. i could give 1 star in comparison with private banks like HDFC, AXIS, ICICI etc. though much better than UCO, UNION and central bank. for daily day transaction or task it is a good branch of SBI as customer is less making waiting time lessen. but if you want some solutions they will ask you to move from one counter to another. and finally you need to come again and again to the bank. they don't want to give solutions they just ignore.

I will give one star for their poor attention with customer which is very bad!!

Giving one star as negative is not available. Unprofessional people, they do subhuman behaviour to the customer. Hope these people get same treatment kind of when they need .
