We got customized sofa in teak wood and came built as per our requirements. As it's new design from them initially there was some delay and problems but they took all the feedback and got it done excellently. Vishal is very good and was always available. Kiran who was involved in initial deal never said no for our requirements.
Still there are 1% finishing issues which Vishal has agreed that he will get it done. But overall good experience as they have very good knowledge of Sofa structure and seating material which gives excellent comfort.
