You've to wait a long for solving even a simple problem. There's a broker in the office whose name is Wahidur(Firoj). If he see that you're looking for something or having any problem, then he will come to you and will say he's an officer of electricity office and will ask for bribe. He took 1300 from me for increasing load from 1kv to 2kv before lockdown but still didn't anything. He also took much more from us for new connection then official fees.

You people should shame on yourself
What is the main reason behind such a bad service can you tell me please.
From day one, when I came here,there is a huge electricity cut problem
I have lived in many places in Assam, but has not seen such kind of power cuts
In 24hrs, power supply remain only for 12 hr.

Worst I have ever seen...have u thought of the students that have to study...how will they study?I guess u all are well aware of the increasing temperature outside...plz have some responsibility towards us...
This is the least u can do for us..
Or else u r going to face huge problems if we have to face this problem everyday...

The worst management in whole Assam electricity board is Barpeta roads one....please improve the bugs in transformers of each and every wards and lanes as soon as possible....

Very bad service. Given number is useless number. They will never pick the call. Our village there is no power from last 4 days but no steps taken by the Barpeta Road SDO.
