I have been doing workout from last 1 year in fitness express gym and their trainers are so professional and good in behaviour specially Amar has been helping me out whenever i ask him any body part workout. He also takes cardio group and boxing class which is quite fruitful and i always enjoy the session.

Almost a 360 degree view while you workout. Is almost open around the year. Got a great deal. Amar and Jeetendra are great support as Gym trainers and I found them being professional towards all members. Cheers!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and it’s been 3 months I am coming regularly to the gym. After joining this gym it seems like my fitness journey has started and specially the group classes are very good . I personally get benefitted from yoga classes it helps in increasing flexibility and Sooraj sir is excellent yoga teacher. The way he motivates me to do yoga and I have never missed his classes since I joined this gym. Highly recommended!

It's a good gym which starts early morning without delay apart the coaches are best and reach on the floor before the time. Staff is so supportive specially Gaurav sir. Must visit.
