It was 12:30 at night when I got here. I was given an ID proof card, the room boy came in, opened the room, turned on the light fan, gave me hot water in the jug, the room was clean, there was a small balcony, there was hot water for the bath, there was shampoo, soap and oil in the washroom, and in the morning reception. If you call and order tea, tea will be delivered. The staff here are well behaved and copule friendly.

First of all the entrance and exit to vehicles to residency was little worst because of the railway gate in front of the residency. Parking space is not perfect flat. Behaviour of staff was good it's located in heart of Palakkad. That is big reason for Noise around you. For a business meetings I prefer this place. But not for families.
