I had an exceptional experience at S H Medical Centre hospital. From the moment l walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The facility was clean, well-organized, and modern. The doctors and nurses provided top-notch care, explaining everything clearly and showing genuine concern for my well-being. The waiting times were minimal, and the entire process, from admission to discharge was smooth. This hospital sets a high standard for healthcare with its professionalism and patient-centric approach. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of medical care.

We had to get our daughter admitted to the pediatric ward and it was a wonderful experience. The nurses and the staff here are very friendly. Dr Jacob took excellent care of my kid. He was available even during this holiday season to ensure she got the best care and attention. The medicine and food was served on time. Overall, very happy with our decision to choose the hospital.

My dad was admitted at the SH Medical centre recently. The stay ended up lasting 5 weeks due to multiple complications that showed up. A big shout out to Dr. Bobby who was very transparent with us at every stage while continuing to be super kind. He ensured the right specialists were involved at all times and my dad is back home. The staff both nursing and administrative are super efficient and I will highly recommend this hospital. A special thank you to the Physiotherapy team who were very patient with my dad.

We are really happy to share our experience. It's beyond words. My husband admitted here for a surgery. He was so anxious about it. But the soothing behaviour from the staff give him more comfortable. He always mention about the postoperative staff and their care. We are very thankful to the Doctor, nursing crew and other staff and also to the food court. We really appreciate the hard work and care.

I am really happy to share my experience.My daughter admitted in Pediatric ward and it was a wonderful experience.First time we consulting Dr.Cherian sir .He took excellent care and support.The staffs here are so friendly and supportive. I just want to mention only one thing is that insurance department staff should have improve their service. Even when I was alone with my daughter, they asked me to bring hard copy of documents for insurance purpose .They were not ready to accept soft copies of documents even in this digital Era

Good medical care, well behaved and dedicated staff. Nursing care was exceptionally good. They did everything in their capacity to make me comfortable. The specialist Doctor (orthopedic), who treated me was truly professional. They way he explained my conditions and the advices really helped me. It's because of him I recovered quickly from a big health issue that could have worsened in no time. Another thing to point out is the way they operate. Everything is well designed and systematic that you won't encounter any delays at any point. My rating is purely based on my experience.

It's a good hospital, I have consulted here more than twice for surgery and treatment is very satisfactory. Environment, service, treatment, canteen, detailing of the illness and treatment method etc I feel comfortable.
Nurses and doctors are pleasent and they give attention to what we say.
Parking facility in daytime needs to be increased.

Rates for surgery seems to be big high.

Altogether i feel comfortable here.

My daughter got admitted due to severe pneumonia. However the doctor Midhila and Jacob's treatment was very efficient and she recovered quickly. Their method of treatment were very precise and calculated.The PICU nurses gave proper care for my daughter and they gave medicines, nebulization and all at the right time without fail. The emotional and mental support was also great. The nurses in the ward were also friendly. On the whole I am totally happy choosing the hospital.

I am Susu, ENT Specialist Dr. Binu John's patient. He is a very efficient doctor. I am satisfied with the service of the hospital staff. I cannot single out the services of one of them. Because everyone here is very polite and the important thing is that everyone is always willing to help us even at night and they have a smiling face☺. The most special thing I felt here was that a speaker was provided in each block for the patients here to listen to the prayers and Holy Mass in the chapel. The prayers concluded with a heartwarming hymn. These things help the patients to recover quickly with a pleasant mood. I thank you all for their amiable approach with all my heart.

My dad just had an emergent shoulder replacement after a fall, at medical center.As he is recovering from the trauma of it both physically and emotionally the outstanding Physical Therapy services at SHMC has been an integral part of his recovery to this day.Manish Sir, the director of the Physical Therapy department is playing a vital role in my dads recovery both physically as well as emotionally , as he demonstrates compassion, understanding , encouragement and competency.We are directed and supported every step of the way and my dad actually often waits eagerly for his PT sessions.
