Receptionist has no clue when the doctor would be available, u would end up waiting for hours. the standard dialogue would be he will be arriving in 10min.

3 rd class facility, not a all well responding staff including management
Not even proper infrastructure, no proper sitting facilities for OPD, rude attitude, govt hospital is more batter than this

Worst response and way of talking to the patient. Doctors talk politely but eception staffs, lab technicians are worst at its best. Because off these people, patients are less in number
