First Engineering college in saharsa of bihar govt. It is good enough than my thoughts. well designed building structures availabilities of boys and girls hostel with workshops, library, playground.
And most important thing is that am the first batch student of this college e.g. 2K17 batch.

Saharsa College of Engineering is a government engineering college managed by the Department of Science and Technology, Bihar. It is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna and approved by All India Council for Technical Education. College was established in the year 2017.
