I was visit this clinic few days ago my baby feeling not well The Dr. Sanjay gulati ji he is very grt nd kind prsn the way he talk nd all staff are very genuine I must say he is God for our family God may bless him lots of happiness but i little bit upset when I ask on phn call to give me appointment but someone told me you should visit the clinic anyway otherwise all good 👍👍👍

Good doctor. He is very simple and gentle in his behavior. He will give sufficient time to each patient. I am very thankful to him.Everyone on the team was so personable and went above and beyond. They work so hard to put you and your child at ease and make sure the parents understand and are comfortable too. I would highly highly recommend Pure Direct Pediatrics to anyone with small children.

Dr Gulati is a blessing for mothers in shimla. He has some divine powers in his touch, magic in his eyes and supernatural positivity in his behaviour that relieves the child and mother from all the worries once they enter the clinic. Shimla is proud to have you doctor .

One of the best doctor I came across. As a mother of premature baby my experience with him is great. His staff is also doing their best by managing so much people at a time.His consultation is worth waiting for hours.

Dr Gulati is not only a great doctor but a great human being also. His calm and composed demeanor takes away parents stress. He treats poor patients for free or for a minimum cost. His technical knowledge is up do date and impeccable. He has a 360 degree approach to illness which includes mental (stress) ramifications attached with a sickness. With increasing population density of Shimla, the number of patients are also increasing making queues at his clinic longer than ever. But it is worth waiting to get his advice filled with kindness and empathy.
Sir is a great personality. May God fill his life with health and happiness.

No doubt he is one of the best doctor in town. But just a suggestion, please accept appointment over the phone as well, because you never know who is coming from where and waiting to get the token since what time. There are many parents who are coming from far with small kid (who are already sick) only for your consultation and waiting outside your clinic and there is cold outside. You can give appointment time over the phone as well at least they don't have to struggle with a small kid outside. My suggestion is just in favour of mankind and hope it will be at least read by you. To imply or not is totally upto you. Thanks a lot once again.

Very good doctor and undoubtedly the best in Shimla town. He listens to you very patiently & advise properly. As many other suggested, please introduce digital means ( telephonic or website based appointments) for appointments. Reading the last review, I understand that there will be challenges in implementing ( as with any change in the system) but bogged down by couple of failures isn’t the right thing. One idea could be giving online slots 15 min apart & 2 walk-in slots between online slots. So, I would urge you again to try again implementing and this will help all the patients (underprivileged & others) immensely. Telephone is not a luxury anymore - It’s all about ppl getting used to it. I hope you will take this feedback in a constructive way.

Very polite and very gentle.
Explains things logically so that new parents know things better. And guides really well. Medicines prescribed by doc are always good and fees is also genuine.
