Hi Sahil hooda from Haryana, I had ACL tear for that I understand ACL reconstruction thereafter I undergone exercises in many physio clinics but even my ranges of knee were not full and some said my screws are loose , then I came to know about WNR clinic by my friend who had sports injury and got treated well .
