Urban Health Training Centre, Boileuganj

I thought I'm the only one who faced these ill mannered ladies over there,but when I came to write a review over here , I found there are many like me.
I went to PHC boilaeganj,Shimla where I want to get my Health Report's bill attested but may be around 3:45 is the time where they just want to wind up their whole thing and just want to leave to their homes or what. The lady Dr. Or idk who she is, just a nurse may be . She instead of showing concern ;rudely asked me to put documents in the file in the last room.And When I'm about to submit the bills ,the other lady get aside and instead of collecting the documents asked me to put it by myself in one of the files. Instead of treating patients with empathy and concern,these ladies treat people like the untouchables.
I myself being a dental doctor never treat my patients with this kind of ill-behaviour and lack of concern because these are basic things we learn during our medical course along with our studies .But this lady here at PHC ,her behaviour despite of curing patient's health,can even worsen the same , she doesn't know how to react in front of patient about their illness.
In short ,the lady who does OPDs there doesn't know how to talk ,what more we can expect from her.I am not calling her doctor because I have never seen such mannerless, impolite doctor till now.

Someone in the review section has rightly said "Govt. Should not waste their money on these kind of ladies who just sit there and asked patients to do their work on their own".

This insident happen with me.nurce inject me a totaly empty injection.

Nurces injecting empty injection for COVID vaccine and keeping the used injection with the new injection.

If you want to see the injection wether it has the vaccine dose or not they will never show you the injection and will tell you to keep your face towards the wall. If you try to see then she will not inject you. So dear friend kindly do check if the vaccine is contain in the injection or not.

And the doctor (we can't call them doctors they are mbbs persuwing students ) they are dowing very good job as attender... Just registering the names on register.

Poor staff with zero sense of cooperation i just don't get that why these ladies are sitting over here .. this is actually the wastage of public money while employing such kind of people in public services especially public health department
