I had a memorable time at the Patna Sanjay Gandhi Zoo.

Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park, Patna is a famous Zoo. It is also known as Patna Zoo. The zoo is situated at Bailey Rd, Rajbansi Nagar, Patna, Bihar 800001 India. This is largest zoological park in Bihar. It has many gardens and ponds. One lake is also available and boating services for tourists is available. There are various types of wild animals are available inside the zoo, such as he lion, tiger, leopard, wolf, elephant, birds, fishes and many more. The childrens park is also available with many swings, sea saw, slides and many more. The wheelchair entrance and parking facilities are available. The ticket for adult is Rs. 30 only.

Gone there on 30th dec. Ticket price were fair enough that is 30 rupees per adult. There are various animals to see here. Including tiger, white tiger, lion, bear, elephant,various snakes,birds,etc. You can see the images below 👇

One of the places to visit in patna. Nice place to explore and for the people having interest in nature, should must visit.. Many animal are there. Nice collection of birds and snakes. Can visit with family and friends for day.

This is a very nice place to walk around comfortably. You never know when 2-4 hours will pass.

There is also a very good space for parking.

The washroom inside the zoo is also clean.

And clean drinking water is also available.

This is good place for enjoying with family and also with couples. There is lot of animals and birds which make this place more romachik.

It is a large zoo of the state Bihar. Very well maintained. The visitor facilities are good. Located in middle of the capital city, Patna. Zoo has got very good animal collection. The green cover of the zoo is exceptional. There is a water body inside, where boating is operated for visitors.

Very nice, Specially for kids. Enjoy 2-3 hours family time in middle of patna city.

In past few years lots of changes have been done here which just enhances the overall experience of visitors.
Previously, the drinkable water was not available everywhere but now things have been changed, there are many water cooler machine easily accessible.
Also the seating chairs have been increased, many more things have done for the visitors.
The newly created infrastructures and their designs are so mesmerizing and appreciable. They just changed the look of old Patna Zoo.
There are electricity operated vehicles for the visitors at the reasonable rates,
as the train service was closed many years ago which is now just a memory for those who experienced that.
At last there is a suggestion that
There should be map on boards provided at some points so that anyone can easily visit to the specific place that want.

Very nicely maintained zoo. Good collection of animals. The toy train should be restarted. Better direction sign posts should be put up as people get confused roaming inside.

It's a very good zoo as well as biological park. This park is one of it's kind. One must visit here.

This Zoo changed a lot from my last visit in 2017. Now this place is much more organized. Staff is maintaining the cleanliness at uppermost level. Glass fences made the viewing experience very exciting. Kids love the boating in the lake which is situated inside the Zoo.
