great great great this gym give me lots of good memories specially old staff, miss those days and Umang bhai was so down to earth he always be there for you at the gym.

Itz the perfect place for workout let it be for a beginner or for a professional...keeping the location and locality in mind, fees being charged is very nominal. The best thing which I observed here in the last six months is the Behaviour of trainers. They are polite and very friendly... In my opinion, itz the right place to shape a healthy and beautiful body...Hats off to the trainers...

Its my second home , being IT professional I have been locked into my house for almost 2 years then I found muscle freak , and specially Gagan Thapa Sir is kind of my elder borther , take care of your training and personal stigma too .

One of the oldest gyms in Gandhinagar. Area wise the gym is decent. The equipment and weights are a bit old but in good condition and they get the job done.
The gym is spread out on three different floors with the sports store on first, weight training area on second and cardio on third.

Would recommend it to anyone, beginner or pro, it will suit all.

Gym trainer was very hardworking.there are all instruments available. atmosphere is good. Gagan sir was very funny and supportive 🤪.we like to spend time with him. excellent work behind every person.👍
