I have made my ticket from Red Bus from Kolkata to Patna.... On the day of boarding 15th February 2024 I have tried to contact bus operators and help support but didn't get any response from their....on boarding point another travels told me that Vaishali Travels didnt operate any bus from the past couple of few weeks....And then I received a message in the time of boarding that my bus is been cancelled. Worst experience ever. They didn't refund money very disappointed

I have been cheated by this bus service... Related person told me to cancel the booking and conveyed that amount will be refunded to me through the online vendor within 24 hr. After that they took extra charge from me.... Refrain yourself from travelling from this bus.... Service is also not so good

Totally patelhetic not recommended to visit because now a days Vaishali travel is cheating people taking the amount for AC but there is no AC the seats are very bad behaviour of staff is very bad

Highly recommended not to journey with Vaishali travel totally rubbish

If their is option of putting negative I will give negative 10 star,bus is in very bad condition,seat condition are very worse, garbage found near glass side,bus don't start at right time, please bring your own bed sheet, because sleeper class seat is very dirty,as for my experience I have never sheen such type of bad condition bus in my whole carrier of journey

They don’t know about online booking. Never receive the call on the given contact number in Ticket. Poorest service you can get.

Driver ka behaviour bahot hi kahrrap hai, koi ac kaam ni kr rah, koi vlovo nehi hai, gadi bhi baloon nehi hai, gali deta hai ager koi bolta hai ac chalane keliye, upar se late karta hai bahot, PATANA TO KOLKATA
