My name is Mohan. Rooms are Very Excellent.Value for Money. Budget Hotel. Excellent for Family. With 2 Adult & 2Kids.3 Adults also can stay. Gobiobo Recommend this Hotel. Very Near to Kurnool APSRTC Bus Stand. Even in Midnight also they will provide us Rooms, If they are available. Because most of the Rooms are Booking through Online. As we came in Midhnight around 1:30 Am we are very tried, so we didn't take any snaps. And also complimentary breakfast will be provided. Breakfast is Also very Good. Timings will be 08:00Am to 10:00Am but go early. This breakfast is Buffet as they have Restaurant have also. Employees also very Good. They will respond Immediately

Very good and well maintained hotel. Only flaw is there is no lift from cellr.Otherwise very good hotel for stay with family..

Update: Received Refund. Thank you Sign Regency. I reserved two rooms for January 3rd, paid 2000, 10 days in advance. Unfortunately, I had to cancel six days before due to a family death, but they haven't refunded or responded to my request. I can show the proofs for booking if Hotel people wants.

The room was clean and decent ,bathroom &toilet as clean as new one .Reception were polite and responsive.We were on a theertha yatra and stayed for 24hrs.
