It is said that the temple is around 400-500 years old though the construction is new. Animal sacrifices are done on selected occasions.
It is also said that all the stones that can be seen surfaced from the ground are actually the signs of footpath Devi Khallari had taken while moving away from this place and residing in the mountains earlier.

It's full of nature, a small hillock and the idol of Khallari mata is captivating. She looks like a beautiful doll "pyaari si Mataji".

ye mandir bahoot unchi pahadi pr hai jaha ki sidiya bahoot sidhi hai ye lagbhag 800 hai. upr jate jate bahoot thak jate hai lekin upr jane ke bad bahoot achaa lagta hai. dekhne me bahoot sundar hai
