Nice delivery...books on cheapest price

I ordered a physics book from this store by amazon . And its been 12 days today and the date has already gone when the delivery was supposed to be. Really disappointed and I am not able to cancel the order nor am I getting any respnse from them.I have already paid for the order and really want it to be refunded. PLEASE HELP

I haven't received any notification for refund, nor have they cancelled my order on Amazon. My status of.order still says it's in dispatch. So, please don't be dishonest.

I had ordered a book on 26th June 2019 from Amazon.neither the book got delivered nor there is an option for cancelling the order.my exam is on 26th of july.such a pathetic service.If you can't fulfill any order,close your shop.I am going to go to consumer forum for your service.

VERY BAD BOOK STORE!!! World's worst ever book store i have seen in my life. Always promising but not fulfilling it. Very dishonest.
