Most worst experience.
Today I visited the union bank of India chandranagar (Palakkad)branch to enquire about educational loan and unfortunately i had a very bad experience with the
union bank staff. The lady who we approached behaved in a very rude manner once we informed her about our purpose of the visit. She started to ask unrelevant kindoff question which made us embarrassed.
Is this the model code of contact union bank employees ??
We human are expect to get treated in a more polite way... but the way she behaved and treated us was very disappointing.....
