I reached here to do some banking, time was 2:01 pm, and lunch time for was 2to3pm. Employees refused not to help us and come back after 3pm which was not a problem,
But manager saw it, and he asked employee to help us before closing his window . Things like these make customer services above and beyond. 10 stars to singh saab the manager.

सर आपके नंगल बिहालां बैंक के मैनेजर को अपने गर्ाहकों से अच्छी तरह व्यवहार करना नहीं आता
हम 4.10 शाम को बैंक गऐ
पहले तो हमें अंदर घुसने नही दिया गया
त्तपचछात मेनै consumer helpline no. पे कॉल की और हमें अंदर जाने की अनुमति तो मिल गई पर अंदर जाने के बाद आपके nangal bihalan bank diss. Hoshiarpur के manager ने मेरे और मेरे माता जी से बहुत बुरा व्यवहार किया
आगे किसी के साथ ऐसा न हो इसलिए मै. आपसे उस मेनैजर पर उचित कार्यवाही की उम्मीद रखता हूं
