It's a very Old Hanuman Temple developed by Local Native people, means Patha kothagudem people, karukonda Ramavaram people. After temple construction, some people living hear, that area named and called as Hanuman Basthi. Temple has a lot of old treas, very spacious, peaceful environment, we can do dhyanam hear because of silent environment.
