Being a faculty I can proudly say that LEAD College of management is the home away from home. Dr. Thomas Aka Thoma is the most important factor that makes LEAD a different autonomous business school in Kerala.
He is careful and co-operative. For students he is available 24*7.

The only motive of Thoma is to disseminate the quality education by exposing the students to real life problems.

Hilarious college which is located near the beautiful dhoni hills. The environment in the college is very neat and clean. The staffs and teachers are very friendly and kind. I went to the college for their i lead fest which is very different from other college fest's. It was such an awesome experience being there and I will surely recommend students for their mba studies at lead college.

Good infrastructure, coordination, students, college atmosphere, creative piece of Art Works, helping mentality , facilities, food & accommodation, hostel and among all the best Chairman i had ever scene.. with all love the whole campus call him "THOMMAN" sir... 😍💕 and the best MD i have seen so far...💯
