This place is near to horamavu junction, support staffs are good especially Manju and Basavaraj. Service and quality is good by drivezy.

I am loving the service. Just that if in case they don't have the vehicle for some reason after you have booked and paid for it, they immediately talk about the refund which takes 7-10 days to be credited in your account. They should rather keep the alternative for any kind of emergency situations. Paying back the money is not a good solution and it will not help the customer any which ways. Hope you understand.

The fleet executive was so polite and kind, this place has good collection of cars and good place also.

User friendly. Behaviour of the Staffs here is very good and they are helpful too. I regularly book rides on weekends and the good thing is that you can even book bikes and opt from various available packages available according to your plan and budget.

I visited this place. It's quite near tK horamavu junction. It has place for 2 wheeler parking. Might be having 4 wheeler.

Before delivery they will ensure the vehicle is washed and thoroughly verified. Humble people.

Drivezy is the easiest commute that I can think off... When it comes to bookings and picking up your vehicle's it is easy when you have required documents... You just need an original DL at the time off picking your vehicle and it's that easy... For regular customers they are trying out there new option where customers can self check in.. In other words you can self pick up your vehicle at the drivezy venues with out the fleet executive... This option is usefull as you don't have to wait for executive to check in to your vehicle when they are busy with many bookings... Usually on weekends they are overloaded otherwise the process is quick enough to get you started... When vehicle's have issues or due for servicing or accident s form perious booking owner thats when you don't get what you booked for and at times it's disappointing bcoz you don't have the vehicle you looking for... They will still acomedate you with an available options. Especially when it comes to cars it takes lot of time to change vehicle incase of any issue on your booked vehicle and the delay time is also noted and you can drop off ocordingaly... Overall they provide good service and they keep customer satisfaction in mind and I really like there service.. personally I have used two venue's for picking up and the executives are decent behaving too... Highly recommended for others to experience Drivezy...

One of the best services I recieved from car rentals they also refunded for extra fuel nice experience except for we had speed governor for 80 kmph

It was awesome....the process was smooth. The drivezy executive asked for the aadhaar and original license and checked in. Don't forget to take pics of vehicle before check-in.

Everything is good, but don't expect the availability of helmet if you are going by noon in the weekends. Drivezy please increase the number of helmets.

Service is supper but please attach brand cars and maintain min maintainers like washing and wheel balancing like that .
