Very poor service.
Booked a special bus for family event. We had to spend two days to complete the formalities to book bus. The bus and driver is very good. But the service the management had to provide is very very poor. I had to visit 4times just recollect the advance amount. Finally got it after 20days.
I believe the RTc rule has to be simplifies as per customer convenient and management should be polite with customers.
It is my understanding and experience.

నేను కర్నూలు నుండి కొత్తకోటకు ఎక్స్ప్రెస్ సర్వీస్ లో టికెట్ అడిగాను 76 రూపీస్ అన్నాడు డ్రైవర్ కానీ కొత్తకోట బైపాస్లో దించుతా అన్నాడు మంగళవారం రాత్రి 10.25 నిమిషములకు మరి పగలు కొత్తకోటలోకి బస్ వస్తుంది పాసింజర్లు లేకుంటే కొత్తకోట పెబ్బేరు అనిమొత్తుకుంటారు కంట్రోలర్ను అడిగితే ఏ ఎస్ప్రెస్
ఐనా అగుతుంది అంటారు మాది బైపాస్ మా సార్ చెప్పాడు అంటారు అందుకే మీ సంగారెడ్డి బస్సులు నాశనం కాను ఇదే నాశాపం ఈరోజునుండి మీడిపోకు అన్ని అపశకునాలే
