Great place for adventure for hiking and for hanging out with friends

Okay so it is one day trekking. Located in Idar. You won't face any trouble finding it. Just ask any local and you will get the location perfectly.

The place doesn't have any food facilities. You need to bring food on your own.

2 levels this trekk has:
Level 1: A big fort is on level one (takes 15-20min to get up there). Beautiful view of the entire idar will be covered from herem

Level 2: Not for senior citizens and children. Trekking to level 2 (top) is not so hard but a lengthy one (takes 40-45min from level 1) At the top, there's a small fort.

Both forts are abandoned, hence, dirty. Its a winter or monsoon trekking.

Idariyo Gadh is the ideal choice if you're seeking for a one-day picnic location in north Gujarat. You can go and enjoy the picnic with your family and friends. There are no fees related to such adventures. The monsoon season is the best time to visit, but in other seasons, you can go just before sunrise.

Do arrangement of water and food incase you are planning to spend more time over top. Because there is no such facilities available at hill top.

There is good road to drive car at top of hill at back side of Gardh.

Enjoyed the beautiful view from the top of the mountain, it was fun hiking the mountains which gave me a true moutain vibe where it was a mixture of risk and satisfaction. Locals helped alot to hike it.

Idar is a hidden gem in Gujarat. Many people think that there is nothing over there except rocky mountains. But that's a misconception. Idariyo Gadh is a beautiful place with stunning views from the top. The breathing scenery during rainy season will blow your mind away.

There are two ways to reach the top. You can drive through the curvy roads on the back side of the mountain. Alternatively, you can take the stairs (about 800 steps) to go up. This is the best option as you can see the stunning vista as you climb up. The best time is to go early morning to beat scorching heat and witness cloud cover on the mountain.

It will take about 3 hours to complete your climb and return.

according to the current situation, the government seems to be failing to protect this heritage, mining is going on in some places, some fort lovers are protesting many times but the result is not yet there. Dirt is seen everywhere, the trees are uprooted, the grass has grown in the palace, the writing of ugly things is seen on the walls, the bags of liquor are also seen. should be protected

A very good destination for one day trip only in winter and monsoon. Avoid hot days.
Idariyo garh has in all some 15 historic places as displayed in the board at entry point. Of them daulat mahal, ruthi rani no mahal, ranmal chowki are historic and rest are from old times.

The stones works wonders here as you find them in wide variety of sizes and shapes.
Each place has its own historic background.
Be careful while climbing ruthi rani no mahal and more careful on descending.

It is an amazing place for adventure making guys as it is hard to do tracking further once you reached at 'idario gadh' (fort), so youngsters can only take risk.. For adventure trip..

It's totally natural proparty and health atmosphere. In idar behind area and Rani river it's amazing location.

Idaroyo gadh is wonderful place and also Wanderlust place on earth..
It's is really great place with best ancient architectural structural construction... When you visit it you will be also see a good population of Mangoose animal and also see some kites and Hanuman langur..
You will be able to see whole Idar city from the top of Gadh....

It is really an amazing place which you can visit and you can also climbing like trekking. Try to climb at early morning. So, you will also able to see see the rising sun which scene definitely likes you. Even if you are selfi lover, this place is for you without any doubt.

Best place for tourisem in North gujarat

Excellent natural mountain of red stone. Beautiful view while passing through from Ahmedabad to Ambaji. Also on the hill top a very old ancient jain temple and also other god's temple. Beautiful while stay during night time.

Climbing at idario gadh is enjoyable rather than challenging, the views are pleasing to eyes. The wind has a calming effect on the body.

This is denger and stunning mountain. With impossible Stone way. I watched it 1 week ago. Me and my all best friends totally shered here. The king palace and queen Palace also amzing. Maybe this mountain bigger than ambaji gabber. I uses moumtain word but i wanna say idario gadh 😂.
