In peram a Site purchased in 2019. Now it is doubled in terms of govt. Record value. In layout, plantation done which is not good for health i hope builder will take action in removing the unhealthy plants and replant with good trees there. Layout location is nice. Once villas construction takes place civilization happens within no time. I think This builder having long term vision and will develop the layout at appropriate time.

Purchased the plots in 2017 along with my brother and friends. No appropriate response from developer even after chasing multiple times for the committed facilities. RERA Expired, still no dedicated club house for the layout. Many pending items. Developer doesnt address properly on pending issues. Feeling sad since hard earned ​money is not giving appreciation.

Builder is not providing any amenities that were promised. Work is delayed too much. Club house was promised but not builder is not providing that. No response from builder even after many attempts.

Very bad and worst company management .
Zero rating very worst and pathetic experience on company..6 month back i am one of Peram eco city employee but management they will loot employees Salary and incentive money and also customer money i have all quers
If anyone asks they will come up With one lazy reasons .
