It's a beautiful hotel. It is also available for government officials on discounted rate. Overall the ambience, the food, the rooms are very good.

Nice place to stay away from hustle of mall road ,only problem is distance from mall road have to hire taxi every time to go there.food served in mess is tasty and economical loved their services.

I was in town for a wedding and stayed here. A wonderful thing occurred while I was drying my Juttis on the balcony. Only to wake up the next morning to find them gone. To which I had later found out that there were casual monkeys about the region that takes a peek at what is being left around in the open.

Later, the staff assisted me in retrieving my juttis from an area where the monkeys had thrown them.

It was a lot of fun!

One of the fine property of HP Government. Fully furnished rooms,dining area parking facility and always used by State Government for bigger events. Appreciable work done by Government to create such facility in Capital City of HP.

It is a rare comination in government accomodation and that to in Shimla.
