Hotel Himabindhu

Old hotel but gave amazing taste and well satisfying meals on starving I just loved and enjoyed it....

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Himabindu Hotel, a vegetarian hotel that offers a variety of vegetarian meals. Overall, my experience with the hotel's vegetarian food was quite good.

The Himabindu Hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and offered a wide range of vegetarian options. The menu included traditional Indian dishes such as chapathi, dosa, meals, and curd rice. All of the dishes were prepared with fresh ingredients and served hot.

One dish that stood out to me was the masala dosa, a popular South Indian dish made with a crispy rice and lentil crepe filled with spiced potato and onion. The dosa was well-made, with just the right amount of crispiness, and the potato filling was perfectly spiced.

The service at the restaurant was good, and the staff was courteous and attentive. However, the presentation of the food could have been better, as the dishes lacked a bit of creativity in terms of plating.

Overall, I would recommend the vegetarian food at the Himabindu Hotel to anyone looking for a good vegetarian meal during their stay.

I wanted to eat to my fill. This place was a bliss. The service was amazing. All waiters were already with the dish I wanted to eat, despite the crowd.
